Tenanted property has a flat roof. The roof is leaking, with the leak coming in in a bedroom and running down a block wall. The beading between the ceiling and the wall has been removed and several wet patches can be seen at the top of the wall where the beading would normally be. The tenant has been on the roof several times and applied silicone in various places but this doesn't appear to have made any difference. I now need someone to come in and try and detect where the leak is originating from so it can be repaired.
