During the heavy rain on the weekend (6/7 April) we found we had rain entering the house from a couple of skylights. It was probably about half a bucket to a bucket. We'd like someone to have a look at them to see if the seals should be replaced or if some additional waterproofing could be done to reduce the likelihood of this happening again. Our roof is fairly flat and safe to walk on when dry. There's a bit of other work happening around the house at present but it should be possible to coordinate with anyone else on site. I guess the first task is to have a look at where the leaks have been (areas highlighted in red on the inside) and see if there's an obvious improvement which can be made and then we can think about what could be done. We'd just need to coordinate a date where I could work from home which shouldn't be too hard.
