Leak from Deck

20 Bay Lair Grove Island Bay. Hi There, I have a deck off my lounge room and beneath the lounge there is a flat. There is a leak that I am assuming is coming from where the deck joins the building, could be a ineffective flashing. The water is traveling down the internal wall of the flat below. I need someone to come out asap to take a look and suggest a fix.
