Waterproof Bedroom Wall

The concrete surrounding our house has slumped, and as a consequence (although we didn't know it) the edge of the house has been letting in water every time it rains. We have now discovered that the walls are rotting away, and one wall has completely rotted through. We need this dealt with urgently as any rain will simply pour into our room!
