Weatherboards leaking in a couple of corners

We have a two storied house, and we have leaks through our kitchen ceiling which is on the ground floor. Having spend the afternoon seeking to find the source of the leaks, there seem to be a couple of places where the water gets in. They are where: (1) weatherboards meet in a corner and (2) between a weatherboard and a corner board. We are looking for someone to do the repair in these places.
