Water Ingress Repair – Porch & Window #2

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson to help fix water ingress at my home. The main issue is with the porch, but there’s a minor issue with a window that may also need attention.

Porch (Priority):

Water is pooling on the tiled floor and trapped between the porch apron flashing and the glazed roof.

Water is tracking behind flashing from the curved window above.

Old sealant has degraded and isn’t working anymore.

Work needed: inspect and modify junctions, properly seal, and replace or adjust flashing as required.

Window:

Water was coming in at the window head during heavy, wind-driven rain.

The window itself is fine – water is just getting in between the head flashing and the window.

Work needed: inspect and improve flashing above the window to prevent future leaks.

Requirements:

Experience with flashing installation and sealing.

Attention to detail to prevent further water ingress.
