HI there, We are looking for help with a water ingress issue on the north side of our house. Rainwater is leaking into the base of the wall and causing rot in the external and internal wall linings. We’re unsure of the extent of structural damage, but some of the framing looks compromised. Removal of internal plasterboard and electrical wiring might be required depending on the extent of work needed, we will be reinsulating this wall, so it doesn’t need to be preserved or re-done. We would like to know if you or your team is able to: - Remove or cut back the lower weatherboards and install proper flashing at the base of the wall to prevent further water damage — ideally on the two adjoining exterior walls. - Assess and repair the wall (including weatherboards and framing if needed). - Replace the existing weatherboard system with a watertight solution (including flashing and waterproofing). -Relocate the external heat pump unit to a more appropriate location to allow for the work (if required). We’re trying to plan out what we can do ourselves vs what requires your team, and would appreciate a quote or assessment for the above work if possible. Please let us know if you'd like to arrange a site visit or need any more details/photos. Kind regards, Hannah & Will

"Isaac and his team repaired and waterproofed an external wall that had suffered serious water damage. They rebuilt the wall, replaced weatherboards, and even installed a new drain to properly fix the underlying issues with that side of the house. Communication was excellent throughout, and the quality of work is outstanding. Isaac and the team are awesome – highly recommend!"
