Balcony waterproofing maintenance

We need the following work done on our balcony: - Sealant removed and replaced between wooden railing and concrete wall on both inside and outside of railing; - Gutter levelled towards drain; - Apply new layer of liquid membrane to the balcony; and - Repaint over after work complete The balcony itself is a liquid membrane over a wooden floor. The walls are concrete slab all around (as is the house exterior walls). Currently the gutter slopes mostly towards the drain, however there is a small rise before, so in rain a small amount of water is pooled, which is the reason for re-levelling. The balcony measures 7.4m length x 1.4m width x 1m height

Alban and his team are friendly, clear in communication and punctual. We are happy with the quality of the work and how they started on time and finished when they said they would. Alban himself came back to do some minor tidy ups and a final check, as well as repaired some additional items at no additional cost.
