Drafts for a Leaky Home Repair

I’m looking to get a quote for a design proposal to be submitted, we already had a builder to assist the property. To be specific, the house is leaking and it needs to be rebuilt, so we need a set of designs done to be sent to the council for approval. We had one designer come back with a quote for drafting a proposal but we thought it was quite high so we’re looking for multiple design quotes now.
