PS3/COW needed for Internal Waterproofing on New Bathroom

Hi There,

Need a quote for review + signoff (PS3 or COW) on some internal waterproofing done on a new bathroom that was completed by Professionals. Waterproofer must be registered LBP.

I had tanking done by professionals this past week the council says it is ok to tile, but my council inspection requires a registered waterproof to sign off the works (conditions of the council inspection results), which the professionals were not registered LBP's and on councils approved author list. Tiling is set to happen late next week.

It is a tiled bathroom with an upstand around the perimeter, the bathroom has a shower tray with acrylic liner, new toilet, sink + under bench space for a washing machine.

Please let me know if you can assist within the next day or so, I've taken a lot of photos before waterproofing was applied, the products used, and also post works photos. I can supply these if required.

Would be good if someone can come to site to review or just review the photos or do a remote inspection + sign off. Let me know what works.
