Rain Water at the main door

When there is sudden heavy rains and rain comes in sideways, water is entering through the side of my 2 level home from the 'flashing' area and drips through the main door OR it is entering from the large window at the top on my entrance, above the door. If a knowledgeable builder can swing by and give me a free quote it will be perfect do resolve this issue. I can share more details when you come. I do not have idea of costs now. Thank You.
