Water damage to the gib

Bedroom wall in my property has signs of water damage to the gib on the inside wall under the main window. Cladding inspection showed nothing alarming in dire need of fixing . But the window is missing an air seal . Please provide the quote for the removal of architraves and install perf rod and foam seal, but if flashing tapes are missing then a removal of the window is required to weather proof the opening before the window is reinstalled . I need price , start and completion date . The wall section under the window should be repainted after repair completion - total area of up to 5 square meters. Please refer the attached photos. The builder is responsible for coordinating access with tenants and cleaning out all the rubbish and debris after work completion.

Really bad experience . Jack checked the wall , provide quote, promised to fix by the following weekend and ..disappeared. No responses on the phone and no update on the changing plans. Stay away from builders that failing to communicate with you !
