Replace the wall shower header with a stainless steel shower header and reseal showers 2

Hi there, We got 2 bathrooms in our house. We would like to do the following stuff: 1. In the first bathroom: - The Feltonmix shower mixer valve appears defective and inoperable. We would like to replace the old on-wall shower head with the shower mixer with the modern one as show in the images. We already bought the shower head but probably need a new mixer and some jobs behind the wall needs to be done. Refer to images 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. - The one on image 6 needs to be sealed. It was not done correctly. 2. The second bathroom: In the second bathroom, most of the issues related to leak sealing. Please refer to the last image with description on the image.
