Water in the Basement

I have been getting water in my basement during heavy rain. The rumpus room is lower than the soil level outside so I think the wall needs sealing to fix this. This hasn't happened the whole time I have had the property, a more recent occurrence but happening regularly none-the-less and the areas where water is seeping in is increasing. I need to get this fixed from the inside so would likes some waterproofers to quote. Keen to get done this month too. Trustworthy traders only.
