hi I`m gonna buy a house in Henderson but in my Inspection report there is few things I need to check n fix ...so looking for an rough quote before I buy this Property . 1.Laundry moisture readings – Several readings were taken and some were within the higher range and indicate the room to be wet in an isolated area, water is weeping from this spot, the reason for this is not obvious. It may be that a nail used for fixing the wall lining has punched the plumbing pipe 2.
