tiles in shower need lifted, joist under house has suffered water damage and 3 Rimu floor boards. ( May be more, only after exploration will the total damage be seen. ) repair water damage, reseal shower floor, replace tiles. Home is weatherboard and on piles, approx 1930s vintage. I have cut a hole in the side of the house for access/ inspection. I have a box of spare tiles for any that are broken , and can purchase more Rimu floor boards if needed from the demo yard in Hamilton.
