Job description
Extract from building report: Rubber membrane has been used as a flashing instead of a proprietary rubber boot flashing. We recommend that you monitor this periodically for leaks and replace the flashing if required. The rubber membrane flashing has been incorrectly installed, due to the diameter of the pipe the flashing should have been installed on a soaker flashing. We recommend modification to ensure the weathertightness of this junction.
