Excellent job done but final cost was justified in a convoluted way. He has the gift of the gab and will talk up the probable complexities of the job, which never eventuated in my case. (A ploy?) A good idea to clarify beforehand that gst is included or not as that became a Grey area. I still recommend him, but get the $$ properly sorted first. sorry but I can't remember his name,
