Cracked shower tray to replace

I have a cracked Englefield Valencia angle corner tray about --- which needs replacing. I believe the part number is B0787A-0. I've had the existing crack repaired now since the earthquakes but it's time to replace the entire tray since the glue from the water proof tape is just a mess from over the years. Would like someone experienced please as the house is only 15 years old. I used to work for Placemakers which is why I built and was recommended someone for the job but perhaps he's just too busy to book a time as I've tried over the past couple weeks. I'm uncertain if my doorbell works consistently so I'd like a Tradie who's not afraid to knock on the door should the bell not work. I hear there is a common problem with shower trays being installed with too much of a gap around the waste pipe causing them to crack over time as they are not made to with stand a certain amount of weight without proper support underneath them. I hosted a large "rugby player" sized guy on "holiday" from missionary work which is when I noticed the crack in the tray after he had left. I'm uncertain if the crack was due to the large guy or the earthquake, so it will be interesting to lift up the tray to determine the exact cause. I'd like to have this repaired in a fairly smooth timeframe to not drag on as it's long overdue for repairs and don't particularly like to share my ensuite shower with my ex still living under the same roof.
