We have a leak in our roof. We have long run corro iron roofing, it is a two story house, with the top story having smaller sq. meters than ground floor. Water is finding its way in through either raised nails or flashing that's no longer weather tight. Result: water coming into lounge through downlight opening. Bugger! I've tried 4 roofing outfits so far, one said he'd do it, didn't show. 2nd never got back, third and fourth fobbed me off to mates of theirs.
