Draught proofing windows and doors

To be compliant with healthy homes standards I need to have draft excluders & weatherstrips supplied and installed on windows and doors at 4 rental properties as gaps 3mm+. Will need photos of each completed window and door, and invoices for materials at job completion as evidence for healthy homes compliancy. Approx 5 exterior doors need draft excluders and/or weatherstrips installed and windows in 3 rooms need weatherstrips.
