WaterProofing Exterior

Hey All, Can we get someone to apply some waterproof substance to the outside of our house. Only to the bottom half please. See attached photos. We have had some substance applied to the top have of the house, which has substantially reduced the amount of water getting in. But still some water is getting throuhg, so potentially applying some somthing to the bottom half will remedy the issue,. We hope. :D
