Cladding cracks and dampness issue

I’m looking for someone who can give me a quote on this job, please. The house I am looking to buy has a dampness issue with one concrete block wall that is below ground level, and it has a small amount of cracked cladding. It is a 1960s house that has monolithic cladding on top of the original weatherboards. I need someone with expertise in these areas to tell me how much it would cost to address these issues.
