Three apartments with leaks needing repairs

Three apartments in an apartment complex in Taupo Central have leaks coming in from the outside when it rains.The Body Corporate is seeking a builder to assess each property and make the necessary repairs to each of them. This is a relatively urgent job which we would like completed in January 2018.
