Exterior wall tuck pointing and application of water repellent

I have an exterior split rock wall and if there is driving rain water gets inside. From what I can gather it needs proper tuck pointing in first instance and then application of water repellent that sucks into the blocks. Also looking for other advice around this. Looking for a quote and this to be done relatively timely.
