Replace/repair cracked shower base

My shower tray has cracked, assuming it needs to be replaced. Would like a new tray installed and tiles on the wall to replace acrylic lining I also assume will need to come off... This is a rental property with tenents, has a second bathroom but needs done asap. Size is --- .
