When it pours, water is making its way from outside (soaking into the ground) to the inside of the garage through some of the joins. The walls are large concrete slabs - to ground level at the back of the garage and one side - Its cut into a hillside. Its an excellent way of keeping the floor clean, but the tenants are not amused. The house was built in the 90's, and I don't think external waterproofing was applied..... Please contact me if you are interested. I am currently waiting for measurements and photos from the property manager.
