Convert a complete, one teacher school classroom into a one bedroom living unit. as a retirement home for two people with all interior walls, kitchen cooking, sleeping and lounge area for relaxing and entertaining visitors.The shower,heating and hot water supply has to be installed as the cold water system is already in place. A dish washer, floors tiled and carpeted and a electrician to install all lighting fixtures and plugs. Also a new roof on part of the building, needs to be replaced.
