The basement is damp so we suspect the retaining wall (it is the wall of the basement as well) is leaking water from soil outside. The retaining wall is around 3 meters under ground level and altogether it is around 20 meters long. Just wondering how much roughly it will cost if we want to install sub-soil drainage system?
