Need a certified tiler (who has worked with PCC) to get bathroom waterproofing signed off. Bathroom is roughly 4.5sqm . We need the shower nook and floor waterproofed. Open to having you tile, or us tile. We're flexible with what ever suits your timeline. We'll be ready for you to do your thing in the next 3-4 weeks.
