Ceiling under balcony leaking #2

We have a balcony on level 2 but underneath is the part of the living room ceiling. There is a leak coming through the window frame/ceiling. We've had issues in the past with this and it's not resolved. Sometimes it leaks in different areas. I think there's an issue with the entire balcony. As you can see in the picture of it on top it doesn't drain the water well. The bucket picture was after 15min of leaking. This advert is asking for an estimate for this job - I have no idea sorry. Would be happy with quotes to forward to my landlord. I've lived here for almost 4 years and have a good relationship with him (he still resides at the house but is away for work often).
