Two showers need attention, please read description.

Hi, we have two showers that need work on. One I suspect is leaking from a seal, water is not leaking from the ground level, i've also removed part of the gib in the laundry side to see the back wall of the the shower cubical and no pipes are leaking, it looks like where the metal railing that screws onto the wall that holds the glass in replace has water leaking out of there into the gib on the wall. The second shower has a cracked pan, water has gone through, I'm not sure on the extent of the damage elsewhere, a moisture test doesn't incidate any water being absorbed by the bearings /studs but I'd like to replace that whole shower ASAP.
