Upstairs dormer leaks

Water is leaking from the gently sloping dormer roof (and/or from overflowing guttering into the eaves) over the upstairs bathrooms. In the upstairs bathroom the water is dribbling down the inside of the outer wall from underneath the ceiling coving. The water continues down that wall and into the downstairs bathroom and leaks out of the ceiling rafter line as well as the air extractor vent. Firstly, the leaks need to be investigated to see exactly what the problem is. Then, a course of action and costing needs to be done
