Waterproof for laundry room door

We found water coming from the bottom corners of our laundry room door, see attached photos. This door leads to a newly refurbished deck and was reinstalled about one year ago, so we are worried maybe the door or waterproof equipment was not installed properly. We would like to get it fixed as soon as possible given the worse and worse wet weather in Auckland. Please feel free to contact me and come over to have a look.

We are very happy about the waterproof enhancement done by Dominant Construction. Their worker did the job in an efficient way with reasonable cost. We also appreciate the always quick response from Dominant Construction that provides professional and considerate advice. They are trustworthy and reliable so I would like to consult with them in future if there is any other waterproof work needs to be done at my place. Highly recommend Dominant Construction.
