membrane internal gutter
Job description
Rain water leaking from the internal gutter is located in the junction of Roof eave and external wall - marked in RED on the attached photo. Membrane and substrate ply to be replaced externally. Ceiling @ garage (underneath of defect area) has got water damaged - patch works required. Separately, it is time for the restoration of the entire concrete tile roof as well.
