Moisture fix/ repair

Hi there. We have a wall in between the outside garden and the bedroom where moisture has been getting into the wall and effecting the paint in the bedroom. It will need to be resealed from outside. (First 4 photos) Also need hot water cupboard looking at as we had a leak this week which is now fixed but want someone to check over re any possible water damage to gib in the cupboard where the leak was. Also included is a picture where the leak has effected the bottom stair next to the hot water cupboard.
