Repair leaking shower tiles and water damaged floor in bathroom

We need a licensed builder to evaluate and repair a water damage in our bathroom. The bathroom is in the first floor of a timber frame constructed house. The damage was evaluated by a plumber and it was confirm that the plumbing is ok. The cause of the damage was identified as leaking grout between the (wall) tiles in our shower . The job consist of : 1. Evaluation of extend of the damage and potential strengthening of structural beams 2. Repair of damaged particle board of the floor 3. Installment of shower tray and cabin 4.
