Shower tray replacement

Need to replace a shower tray in a rental property. Can provide the tray. The walls are tile and floor under is timber floor. Happy to replace shower (not tiled) if thats more cost effective from a labour perspective . Rest of product needed ( sealant etc ) the trader needs to provide. Rental is in Takanini
