Weathertight Painting on Conrete Block with PS3 Certification #2

Need to paint the current conrete block with Resen X-200 weathertight membrance. The concrete block condition is good and has already paint before. (not waterproof material) As it is a part of the building consent project, council need to provide the PS3 certification after all. The whole area is abount 40m2 on the groud floor. thanks
