Reseal bath-tub and sink
Job description
The sealant on our bath tub and sink is very old and needs to be re-done. We had someone come to look at it who was not comfortable due to the fact that there is a part where the bathtub has come loose from the wall (photographed). Looking for some advice and pricing on how we can fix this. The measurements for the bathtub are 145x74cm and the height is 191cm to seal. The sink is 46cmx90cm. We also have two internal doors that the door won't shut and lock properly (nothing wrong with the actual door handle itself, I suspect the door needs to be realigned slightly or it is something to do with the latch on the door). So, bonus if you can fix this for us as well. All good if this is not your expertise however!

Job was to reseal the bath area and replace wood on side panel of bath. The whole job was to be completed within one day however it was not. He suggested putting extra wood bit around the bath to make it look better, saying this would be $10 extra per mtre to finish the job. However when final quote came it was an extra $400 on top. Decided against this. Communication definitely lacking as can be seen in other reviews.
