Bedroom deck

We currently have a deck (bitchumen laid over fibrelight). This overhangs an extension of the house below, which was converted to an internal room. Over the past couple of years, water has been working its way through to the ceiling below, from either the ranchslider above or bitchumen lining wearing away/deteriorating. Am looking for a waterproofer to assess/quote to repair to leaking deck. We have already removed the ceiling below to assess.
