Waterproof membrane for concrete floor
Job description
18m2 concrete floor (2 rooms of 3x3m each) needs to have waterproof membrane applied - either paint on or as a sheet. As the floor is above ground level it does not need to extend up the walls. There is an outdoor-type/ garage carpet laid on the floor at present which will need to be lifted - we could organise this ourselves or it could be included in the job. The work needs to be done asap after a week from today (ie 12/5). We will require a written description of the work done.

Istvan prepared the surface and applied a waterproof membrane on a concrete floor. We would highly recommend Istvan as a tradesperson to other clients. He was accommodating about date changes, true to his costing, turned up when he said he would and worked to his schedule. He also followed through on providing a PS3 for council without being reminded. Thank you.
