Waterproofing Basement / Downstairs Room
Job description
My downstais room floods when there is etreme weather events. Bad once a year or so, but may minor at other stages I would like some to provide a solution to this. The room is block surround and I had drainlyers put in new drainge coil around the outside. Doesn't seem to have worked. The ground is concrete slab and has a join / crack up the middle that the water seems to come through. May also be coming in under the stairs and from the side. Has been carpeted and I am tired of drying it and the underlay.
