I have a mid-80s townhouse clad in something like a fibre/cement board, plastered & painted, with aluminium joinery. One corner window has a minor leak, only noticeable with a wet nor-easter, but it has led to a bit of damage to an interior sill which may need replacing, along with the exterior frame sealed & waterproofed. In a couple of places a fine crack is evident in the exterior plaster which needs sealing and possibly painting. The work is elevated so ladders will be required. Looking for quotes. The work isn't urgent, but I'd like it completed before winter.

Good work done waterproofing and painting the exterior of the house. A little longer than expected due to winter weather, but communication was always good and the work completed to a good standard in a reasonable time. Happy to use Tash and his team on any future work.
