Seal balcony
Job description
Water leaks from the balcony into the dining room. Water runs along the beans and gib board into the light fittings into the dining room. It seems there are several leaking points, but not sure. Possible work involved: - Remove balustrade - Remove artificial grass - Prepare surface for sealing - Lay and glue rubber material to seal entire surface - Re-install balustrade You may find the leaking points, in which case only those spots require sealing up.

Narc has been awesome to deal with, very timely and accurate communication. His work was very thorough and though it hasn't been raining since the job was completed, I am quite sure the several leaks have been fixed in good quality. Thanks Narc
