Roof has lifted just slightly in one area causing a leak and rot on ceiling board. Require tin roof to be screwed down again in that area with tech screws and replace a small patch of ceiling board from leak and possibly replace the ceiling installation in that part in the ceiling cavity. No painting required on repair to ceiling board as I can do the cosmetic stuff myself. Note, I'm happy if the ceiling board is replaced just in the patch where it has rotted (15cm x 30cm rot area), simply cutting out the rotted area and replace with new cut out 15cm x 30cm ceiling board patch for that area rather than replacing the entire ceiling board panel. what ever is easier for the tradesmen but as the customer and home owner I am happy if a patch is simply cut out and replaced. :-) thank you kindly.
