Replace waterproof flashing and butynol adhesive between window/deck

We have a wooden joinery door leading onto a butynol deck. The exisiting waterproof flashing under the door has begun to lift and let in water. We would like the exisiting strip of waterproof flashing to be replaced please and using butynol adhesive.
