Install vapour barrier under house.

Kia ora I am looking for someone to install a vapour barrier under the house to stop moisture rising up from the ground into the house. I have all the materials so just need someone to do the installation. House is about 50m2, access is tight in places but still accessible. Many thanks, Jules
