Chimney and flue removal and roof repairs

Hi there, We are buying a house and it may require some work: Removing a brick and plaster chimney that is becoming unsound as well as an unused flue in the laundry. Both of these will require the roof to be sealed after they are removed. The house is 1939 with original roof that is tiled and pitched. How much would you estimate that would cost please?
