Bedroom window and conservatory seal fixes

We are currently renovating our house and have a couple of jobs needing done. We have a window in our main bedroom that lets a draft through and if the rain hits it on a certain angle it can drip water too. We are needing it fixed so that when we get a curtain up for it, the issue doesn't ruin the curtain. We also have a leak in our conservatory from previous owners terrible DIY jobs. Pictures attached. We don't actually know how much these jobs are expected to cost so a quote will be necessary.
